Choosing therapy is an investment in your well-being. My session rate is $130 for 50 minutes of dedicated support, due at the time of our visit.
To make payments simple for you, I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA or FSA accounts, so you can focus fully on your family's care and growth.

Independent Operations
As an out-of-network provider, I partner directly with you rather than insurance companies. Payments are made at each session, allowing our work to remain private and personalized. This approach ensures your child's care is guided by their unique needs, not by third-party mandates.
Invoicing & Claims Process
Following every appointment, I will provide you with a superbill to help navigate your care. This detailed receipt can be sent to your insurance carrier to seek potential out-of-network reimbursement. Every policy differs and repayment is never a certainty, but I am glad to offer the documentation required to help you utilize your benefits. I suggest contacting your insurer directly to confirm how they process these claims.
Booking Logistics
Consistent attendance is vital for meaningful progress in play therapy. While I know life brings surprises, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice or missed sessions will incur a late cancellation fee. This boundary honors our work together and ensures I can reliably support every family who relies on my specialized care.
